Refund Policy

Countryballs Merchandise has served our customers well since 2020 with our product quality and delivery times. Sometimes, things just don't go to plan...whether you didn't get your items in time or the products you've received have a defect, we're here to remedy any issues you may have.

When you purchase an item from us, we ask for a minimum of 5 to 9 working days for the items to be delivered to your doorsteps. However, please note that this estimate is based on previous orders which 99% get delivered within that time range, however delays do occur. We will consider refunds for any items that failed to reach you within 20 working days of the dispatch.

Tracking numbers are provided, and will be used to determine the location of the item. In the event of the delivery courier lost your items, we will refund you fully.

In terms of defects, we will either refund or send a replacement to you, so long as images can be provided demonstrating the defect. We will cover the cost of return postage, so you won't need to worry about spending extra on something that wasn't your fault!
